Reem El Tal, Community Manager at Leap, brings over 18 years of experience in training, strategic communications, leadership development, and fostering inclusive communities. Bilingual in Arabic and English, she is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and holds a BPS Qualification in Occupational Testing (A+P) and Emotional Intelligence Profile. Her training and coaching background includes facilitating impactful workshops and guiding executives and teams through transformative sessions on leadership, customer centricity, and cultural shifts for organizations such as Pfizer and Saudi National Bank, equipping her to build vibrant, purpose-driven communities. Prior to that, she led a 13-year marketing and communications career managing campaigns for entities such as the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, where she has honed her skills in cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement. At Leap, and as a parent herself, Reem is passionate about educating youth and families about money management and providing tools for financial success. Her experience in facilitating training, along with her personal commitment to financial literacy, enables her to bridge the gap between Leap’s mission and its community.
