Krystel Alhayek is a neurodiversity educator, consultant, and advocate with extensive experience supporting children across the neurodiversity spectrum, including autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, epilepsy, and more. She is the co-developer of Bioplay, an approach that empowers parents, caregivers, educators, and therapists to teach essential life skills through attuned, purposeful play. Her work focuses on emotional regulation, social intelligence, independence, self-esteem, and more, especially for highly challenged or non-speaking children. With deep experience in neurodivergent development and trauma-informed care, she offers individualized sessions, trainings, and workshops that reflect compassion, flexibility, and deep respect for every child’s unique journey. Her practice is rooted in equity, lived experience, and real-life impact, including during times of crisis or displacement. Bioplay remains her biggest inspiration, a reminder that with belief, everyone is capable. She is currently based in Lebanon and continues to consult globally, helping caregivers connect with their children through presence, play, and belief in their potential.
