Zeena is an educator, transformative coach, CTI faculty member, and founder of Creative Nest Early Childhood Center and The Wholeness Project. She began her career as an engineer before making a powerful pivot into education and human development—driven by a calling to create spaces of healing, growth, and conscious leadership. Zeena holds a Master’s in Education and is certified in multiple coaching modalities, including PCC (ICF), Co-Active Coaching, Positive Intelligence, Horse Guided Empowerment Coaching,and Somatic Trauma Therapy. With over 20 years of experience in educational leadership, she is passionate about raising consciousness in classrooms and homes, and supporting educators and parents in raising children with emotional intelligence, cultural integrity, and self-worth. She is the visionary behind The Wholeness Project, a nature-based movement that invites individuals to reconnect with their aliveness and authenticity through horse-guided experiences, somatic practices, and soul work. Zeena offers educational consulting, workshops, mothers’ circles, coaching, and immersive retreats. Zeena speaks and teaches on emotional resilience, conscious parenting, and leading from the inside out—bridging science, tradition, and heart.
