An educator at heart, Noora brings over 18 years of experience in early childhood and special educational needs, guided by her deep passion for inclusive education. Noora’s career began in the classroom, supporting young children who faced barriers to learning, and later as an inspector, where she gained a system-wide perspective on school quality and effectiveness. These experiences strengthened her belief that every child learns differently and deserves the opportunity to thrive alongside their peers, regardless of ability.
