Nabih AlHajji is a strategist, business builder, Arabic-language enthusiast and children’s book author. With a career that evolved from private equity into social entrepreneurship, he is passionate about early childhood education and its role in shaping resilient and proud communities. As co-founder of Dardasha, Nabih creates fun and engaging Arabic children’s books and developmental toys that celebrate language and culture while promoting their accessibility. His work is guided by a belief that nurturing children’s early experiences and their connection to Arabic in those years strengthens the foundations for identity, confidence and learning. Nabih is also the co-founder of the Arab Child Summit, a platform bringing together experts, caregivers, policy-makers and innovators from across the region. Nabih’s mission is fueled by his two sons, Iyad and Kareem, to support the growth of proud Arab children who thrive as global citizens.
