Maison Tini

Founder of Maison Tini

Mona Jaber is the founder of Maison Tini, a Dubai-based concept store that brings together over 65 family brands focused on children and conscious living. With degrees in Finance, Economics, and Sustainable Development from Boston College and Columbia University, Mona has always sought ways to connect business, purpose, and creativity. A passionate advocate for early entrepreneurial education, Mona created the Tinipreneurs Bootcamp—a hands-on program that teaches children how to turn ideas into action—and the monthly Tinipreneurs Market, where kids get to sell their creations and build real-world confidence. At home, she regularly talks to her own children about money, saving, and investing, planting the seeds of financial literacy and self-belief from a young age. Mona’s work is grounded in her belief that entrepreneurship isn’t just about business—it’s about curiosity, problem-solving, and empowerment. Whether she’s hosting community workshops, mentoring moms, or ideating her next venture, Mona is driven by three values: passion, connection, and generosity.
