Manar Ghamian is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. His therapeutic approach is grounded in a holistic view of human well-being, recognizing the interconnected roles of the mind, body, and spirit. Manar completed his Master’s in Pastoral Studies at the University of Toronto and holds a diploma in Islamic Psychology from Cambridge Muslim College in the United Kingdom. In his private practice, Manar specializes in both Islamically grounded psychotherapy as well as spiritually-integrated psychotherapy, focusing on helping clients, including teenagers, navigate stress, anxiety, grief, and depression by drawing from both psychological and spiritual traditions. Beyond his clinical practice, Manar has served as the Assistant Director of Spiritual Life at New York University Abu Dhabi, where he created spaces for students to deepen their connection with themselves, cultivate self-awareness, and practice intentional living.
