Lujain Abulfaraj is a Saudi entrepreneur, creative, and mother. She is the co-founder of Twothirds Design Studio and the founder of Akwan, a platform dedicated to nurturing a love for the Arabic language in children through play.
Arabian Business named her one of the fifty most influential women in Saudi Arabia in 2021. In 2023, she was a nominated finalist for the National Cultural Awards in Saudi under the Design and Architecture Category. Her Akwan products have also earned the “Designed in Saudi” seal for excellence in design and production.
With over 15 years of branding experience, Lujain has worked across diverse sectors in the GCC, shaping meaningful brand identities. Her work is inspired by cultural aesthetics, Arabic typography, and a passion for designing engaging experiences for children.
