Louloua Smadi El Hajj is a neurotherapist and the founder of All Brains Grow. She is on a mission to empower families raising neurodivergent children by equipping them with the tools, confidence, and clarity they need at home and in real life. To deepen her impact, she holds a Master’s in Neuroimaging, hosts a podcast, and is the author of “From Client to Clinician: The Transformative Power of Neurofeedback Therapy for Families Living with Autism and Other Special Needs”. Her work is driven by personal experience, both as a sister to an autistic brother and a mother to a deaf son with cochlear implants. She believes growth happens in the small, messy, everyday moments, when we show up, again and again, with love and intention.
