Haya Bitar

Blue Turtle

Art Therapy Professional

Haya brings over 15 years of leadership experience in business strategy and operations, holding an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. Her early career spanned high-impact corporate roles, where she thrived in building systems, managing teams, and driving results. Yet, it was a deeper calling — to contribute meaningfully to human potential – that inspired her professional evolution. Haya pursued post-graduate degree in Art Therapy from Metafora in Barcelona and completed ICF – accredited training in Ontological Coaching, including advanced studies in somatic and creative practices. Her current work sits at the intersection of embodiment, philosophy, and expressive arts – guiding individuals to reconnect with their truth, their purpose, and their inner freedom. Haya is the founder of Blue Turtle, a personal development platform dedicated to midlife transformation, fulfillment, and creative growth. Under its umbrella, she also established OrangeHubs, a social impact initiative that brings arts-based coaching and resilience programs to underserved communities. Her approach is rooted in the belief that well-being is not a luxury — it’s a human right. Drawing from both business acumen and lived transformation, Haya supports individuals, organizations, and communities in stepping into authenticity, clarity and sustainable impact.
