Fatima Alkaabi, the youngest Emirati inventor recognized in 2015, is passionate about using innovation to solve real-world problems. She has created 12 inventions, including a smart steering system to prevent texting while driving and the Teleporter, a robot for sick children to attend school. Fatima is committed to promoting STEM and creativity, reaching thousands of students through workshops and social platforms. She holds an internationally accredited certification in peer-to-peer training and counseling. Fatima has received several prestigious awards, including the Abu Dhabi Award (2018), the UAE’s highest civilian medal presented by President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE Pioneers Medal (2015), with the title of Youngest Inventor presented by Vice President and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and the Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak International Arab Youth Award (2017) for excellence in science.
