Anisa Alsharif is a social policy expert, transformational coach, and speaker with over 20 years of experience in improving family well-being and driving social change. She spent 13 years as a Social Development Policy Advisor for the Dubai government, where she developed public policies across various sectors. Anisa is a keynote speaker and holds a Master’s degree in International Social Policy from Bath University in the UK, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UAE University.
Anisa is the Founder of Tanshi2a, a social enterprise and platform that promotes Conscious Parenting approaches and Child-Led Learning practices. Tanshi2a designs and delivers parenting skills building programs and coaching, as well as leading parenting support groups. Anisa also founded the Learning and Education Forum, an online forum dedicated to creating a space for dialogue on issues related to learning approaches and education reforms in the Arab region.
As a certified Hand in Hand Parenting Instructor, Anisa believes that by fostering respect and gratitude towards those in parenting roles, we can create more compassionate and authentic relationships as a global community, ultimately improving the well-being of future generations. Through her work, Anisa is dedicated to improving family well-being, educational reforms, and driving social change to create a more compassionate and authentic global community.
